Not clenbuterol: Clenbuterol, which is a potent stimulant in the same class as adrenaline and salbuterol, could conceivably cause chest pain in susceptible people during acute usage but not after it's worn off. At age 25, unless you're using cocaine or other illicit drugs, is very unlikely to be your heart and much more likely to be muscular or esophageal. Your palps can be checked with a 24 hour recording.
