See a doctor: It sounds like you should see a scoliosis specialist, neurosurgeon or orthopedist who can do exam and studies to determine best treatment. If you have pain and it is progressing you should seek treatment.

Scoliosis: It depends on why you're developing the scoliosis and ow much is has progressed in the past few years. 60 degrees is a lot. You should talk to a spine specialist about your options.
