Hysterectomy: Not sure why you're having hysterectomy and ovary removal. There must be a compelling serious reason. Be aware that you will find yourself in menopause right after the surgery and it won't be fun. Medically induced menopause has been shown to be worse tolerated than natural. It may affect your weight (usually goes up) and cholesterol. I would seek second opinion before i'd commit myself to knife.
