Serious discussion: This is a discussion to have between you, your psychiatrist, therapist, and also your obgyn. These professionals know your situation much better than we do on healthtap, since we've never seen you! depression can respond well to psychotherapy, but some cases are very severe. Also if drugs or alcohol are in the mix, worse prognosis. Your doctors and therapist can review w/you & suggest options.
