Right side swelling: Probably not circulatory as there is nothing on my mind that would explain it. Wonder if there may be dental issues going on. When you say labs are ok, not sure which ones are ok and sometimes they may be ok but the problem may still exist. If lymph nodes are enlarged, ultrasound may be helpful or even a biopsy. I've had cases when labs were ok but the biopsy was revealing.
