Medical evaluation.: If all of the skin has peeled off your eye lid seven times, then i really do recommend that you see an ophthalmologist. It is clear that your at home measures have not cleared up the problem. Take care.

Not really: You may have blepharitis(inflammation of eye lid). It is caused by dust, dirt, animal dandruff and residual make up particles. The best treatment is heat pack over your lids for 3-4 mins 1-2 x per day and wash you lashes with baby shampoo.
