Groin pull: This sounds like a groin pull. Best treatment is to lay off of soccer for some time, hopefully just a week or two, until symptoms improve. Also use ice and nsaids (i.e. Ibuprofen, aleve).

Aches and Pains: It sounds like you may have strained or injured a ligament and/or muscle in your groin. If the pain becomes severe or doesn't improve with rest, see your family doctor for an exam. Ice, rest, anti- inflammatories may help as well. Good luck!
