Here are some ...: ESR at 41 mm/hr suggests (+) inflammatory process somewhere inside body and PSA of 7 ng/ml at 36 is too high and needed to figure out if you have UTI/prostatitis and/or abnormal finding in the prostate on DRE (digital rectal exam) such as uneven consistency or irrgular surface. Besides, good Hx and review of prior UA & PSA if available would help assess overall significance of current lab reports.
