A member asked:

Are there other options besides lyrica (pregabalin)?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Possibly: Lyrica (pregabalin) is used to treat pain and seizures. It may have some other off label uses as well. There are multiple medications that can be used to treat various types of pain, and multiple anticonvulsants. So, it really depends on the reason that it is given. If it is for nerve pain, then cymbalta, gabapentin, or tricyclic agents can be helpful.
