Other med regimens: There are multiple options but you will need to discuss with your physician to see if appropriate for you. Effexor can replace Cymbalta but works in a similar manner, some people prefer one verse the other. Lyrica (pregabalin) and Gabapentin are similar and comparable. Topical pain creams, especially those including small amounts of ketamine can help a great deal. Try adjunct therapies like contrast baths also.
