Medical evaluation.: Paranoia is a very uncomfortable experience. It is important to try to determine the cause - to develop a treatment plan. I would encourage you to see a psychologist or a psychiatrist for a comprehensive psychological evaluation. Sometimes paranoia is a personality trait but at other times it may be an illness or a symptom of an illness. Take care.

VariousPossibilities: Since I do not know you or the nature of your paranoia, i can only speculate what form of paranoia you have. You may have functional paranoia: you live or work in a situation where someone is trying to hurt you by influencing what you think or know. Or, you may have paranoia based on misinterpreting events. If the paranoia has lasted for some time, please confer with a mental health professional.
