Could be: Everyone has a little bit of a unique and idiosyncratic reaction to the use of cannabis and then there are several types of it so it is possible. There is current research that would suggest that cannabis seems to be an exposure that is often present during the transition of a person into a state of paranoid schizophrenia so it may be something to think about slowing down on it for a while!
