Vomiting milk: Please consult the pediatrician to examine your baby and make a diagnosis. It may just be as simple as lactose intolerance which can be remedied by replacing cow milk with a lactose free alternative. Good luck.

Depends : First need to determine if there is a relationship between the milk consumption, crying and vomiting. If there is no concern that there is a more serious cause for the episodes you can trying holding the milk for a few days to see if that eliminates that pattern. Since majority of calories would be from solids at this point just maintain hydration with water. Discuss findings with provider.
