Limit milk intake: After a baby reaches a year of age their appetite usually decreases because they are not growing as much as an infant. Consequently they need less calories. However, do not fill you child up with milk because milk bloats their belly and they have no room for solid foot. You are better off if you let you daughter graze rather than trying to coax her to eat.
