My 2 months baby boy has a cut under his tongue and every time he sucks a milk bottle he cries?

How did it get cut??: It is unusual to get a cut in an infant's mouth, unless he had tongue tie surgery, and usually infants do not cry afterwards with feedings. Please get the baby checked out if he is not taking his normal feedings.
