Need to see it: If the bump is where you spilled boiling water than i would guess it may be a scar or a keloid developing. Have it seen. If it is a scar then coconut oil, or mederma, or vit e or shea butter may help the scar over time. If it is a keloid then cortisone injections can help (although acupuncture works wonders to get rid of a keloid). You b est avenue s to have it seen.
