Can i use decongest nose spray such as ostrivin when breastfeeding?

Nose spray : Like Flonase is safe with breast feeding. Can you ob/gyn to approve. They will approve the use of this product during the breath feeding. You can also use Hypertonic Saline rinse to irrigate the nose before the saline spray to help decongest the nose. Hypertonic saline rinses are 3 tsp salt to one quart of water. Chill the water before use in the nose this irrigation is the safest thing to use.
