Side effects: You can try stopping the medicine for a few days. If the Pantoprazole is the cause, it should get better quickly. Feel better.

Protonix (pantoprazole): The only way to know if it is Protonix (pantoprazole) causing your symptoms, would be to stop it and see if it goes away. If it does, then you know it, otherwise, there should be another reason for that.
