My age is 62. i have pain in knees ,i did icing on that night my whole body joints started paining. i got a 102 fever and my whole joints are paining. i cant stand even. my crp is 39 . i have sugar too. what to do,all joints are paining even elbow ?

Is this something new or ongoing? With a fever of 102 this sounds like you might have a flu like syndrome. It could also be a rheumatological disorder such as polymyaglgia rheumatica. It would not be proper for me to speculate further. I advise you to see a doctor in person for a workup and evaluation.
