Swollen glands, pain in joints, knees, elbows, feet, fingers. neck. blood taken last wk. fbc was fine, gland fever test 1 part ok 1 part needs further investigation poss autoimmune, what could it be?

Rule out RA: Generalized joint swelling would make a diagnostician look to ruling out rheumatoid arthritis first (which is an auto-immune problem). Primary care doc first, then perhaps a rheumatologist. Sometimes a recent viral infection can throw your immune system off and cause these types of symptoms. Good luck!
