Initiation insomnia: You need to wake up at same time and not nap all day. This schedule to be followed weekday and weekend. Don't go to bed unless you are actually tired and sleepy. If you can't stay sleep come out of bed and bed room and read a boring paper based book. No computer, smart phone, project, game, ipad, ipod etc allowed.
