Maybe: But this does not mean you go do hysteroscopy for that purpose. If a lesion or a problem suspected in the uterine cavity sure hysteroscopy can fix it and improve implantation. In normal cavity some researchers think scratch in the lining of the uterus increase implantation but this is not a proven fact. Do not do hysteroscopy for that pupose.

Hysteroscopy: It sounds like you are trying to get pregnant :). No, a diagnostic hysteroscopy does not, by itself, improve implantation rates. However, sometimes during the procedure, your doctor is able to identify an abnormality with the uterine cavity and surgically fix it. This procedure may improve your ability to conceive. Probably not: Disgnostic hysteroscopy just take a look of the cavity and lining of the uterus. The implantation rate stay the same.
