Now what?: Depends on 1) why you had the surgery, 2) what you are trying to accomplish. If you had surgery for bleeding, you follow post-op instructions, and follow up with your surgeon in a few weeks . If you're trying to conceive you can ask your doctor; if this is what you are asking, we may be able to help some here.
