If i had a miscarriage of an implanted baby/egg of between a few days implanted and up to 2-3wks,would the implantation site be able to be examined by a scope/mri to prove if there was a pregnancy or not, ie.hysteroscopy maybe,would site heal quick?

Hmmm....: Have not heard of anyone doing scans or procedures after a possible 3-5 week miscarriage just to prove there was a pregnancy. The embryo is tiny at that time, and many embryos naturally miscarry around that time. That time is about the time of a woman's usual menstrual period or one week later. Women who are late for a period often just do a home pregnancy test, which is accurate around that time.
