Low: I've seen it, of course. If you are a smoker, you can lower it further, now and in the future, by stopping smoking now.

Low but not 0: Most sig risk factor is smoking! younger patients may have non-tobacco related cancer and also are also treated with diff regimens. With any concern, pls have evaluation.
