Yes: Significant risk. Needs full evaluation, since many lung issues, lesions, correlate with smoking, and family history , and exposures.

Yes: 30 years old is young but cigarettes have a strong link to lung cancer and it is possible. If you are concerned or have symptoms like blood in the sputum please see your doctor.
