Not likely: Strenuous exercise does not usually cause uterine or vaginal prolapse unless there is already a prolapse problem. Uterine and vaginal prolapse occurs mostly in women who have had vaginal deliveries. Most women will not have any significant prolapse until or unless the have had vaginal deliveries of their children.
