Ever seince my c-section 4 years ago the top of my thigh feels numb it never went away.what could be the cause?

Nerve damage: There are some superficial nerves that are in "harms way" during a c-section. It is likely that there some damage to some of these nerves during the c-section. This is not unusual. Assuming that you have no loss of motor function or strength, then there is little to worry about long term!
