Nerve compression: Anterior femoral cutaneous nerve provides sensation to that part of your leg. If there is pressure on that nerve where it exits the pelvis and enters the superficial thigh you can get those symptoms. Tight belt, tight pants, or tight underwear can cause this compression. Try wearing looser clothing.
