Anti-snore Device: Without a comprehensive sleep study, you really can't say you sleep alright. Snoring as badly as you indicate, normally is a major symptom for sleep apnea, along with the dry mouth. Consider a professional sleep study and if you have sleep apnea, the severity will dictate the treatment. If snoring is truly your only problem, visit your dentist and have an anti-snoring appliance fabricated!

You have listed: Sleep apnea as one of your conditions. I assume that you have have seen a sleep medicine specialist & had a polysomnogram. Was a CPAP machine recommended? Do you use one? I am afraid that a sleep medicine specialist who has evaluated you would have probably already provided more information than can be done on-line. Now, if you haven't seen a sleep specialist - please do so. Take care.
