Abscessed tooth: Sounds like you have an abscessed tooth with a possible draining fistula on your gums. You should see a dentist. The tooth may be salvageable with a root canal, or may be nonrestorable and have to be extracted. You may be referred to an endodontist or an oral surgeon. Don't let it wait too long!

Not at moment: You probably have periodontal (gum abscess) see a dentist for an exam and x-ray to confirm reason. Antibiotcs and deep cleaning may prevent tooth from being extracted.

Tooth infection: A bubble on the gums could mean several things. If there is a tooth in the proximity it may be infected itself, and or the gum tissue and bone holding the tooth in place may also be infected. An infection anywhere should be properly diagnosed to be treated and ultimately eliminated. This will require an examination and likely an x-ray to confirm diagnosis. The tooth may be saved but don't wait!
