THIS ia an: A known complications of spinal tap. I would suggest let the physician know about all this and get an advise. You could have CSF fluid still leaking from the site of puncture. It is usually self limitting...But make the call!

See below: After two blood patches your anesthesiologist will probably not want to do another. This headache usually resolves within a week or so without intervention. I would concentrate on hydration and caffeinated beverages along with nsaids to treat symptoms until they resolve. Keep in touch with your doctor to make sure nothing else is going on.
