Go to hospital again: you need to get checked asap, even if it turns to be just viral meningitis again, don't take chances

See your doctor: Since your symptoms are getting worse you should see your doctor. May need to reconsider the diagnosis. An alternative is that you are having post spinal tap headaches, which can be heoped with a simple anesthesia procedure.
