Be reevaluated: I would certainly be reevaluated. What it would really come down to is the specific cause of your problem; which may be why they did the spinal tap in the first place. Don't hesitate to seek a second opinion, if they seen to have trouble getting a specific diagnosis. Sometimes a fresh set of eyes can be very helpful.
