It depends: For a male person it is definitely high . For a pregnant and lactating women it is normal . For any other woman it is borderline . Keep in mind that prolactin level fluctuate dung the time of the day being high at night . Another issue is people on Dopamine antagonist like antipsychotic medication have high prolactin level
