You have high prolactin so Dostinex which is dopamine receptors agonist should bring the level down. Diane is oral contraceptive, not used in USA commonly. Literature suggests increased risk of blood clot. It helps to know the cause of hyperprolactenemia. I am not aware of any related food items so please follow your doctor’s instructions. Not clear if imaging studies have been done but, if not, obtain MRI of brain with especial views of pituitary gland, and a prolactin secreting pituitary adenoma might be visualized. This to reassure regarding a mass effect on visual chiasmatic pathways.
