Blood blister: You probably had a blood blister ( bleeding below the skin ) which ruptured when u pressed on it. The toe skin is very thick so it didn't rupture superficially.

Ruptured cyst or gan: You probably ruptured a cyst or ganglion on the tendon or arising from the joint capsule of the toe. What it carefully and if you have any reoccurance see your foot doctor.
