Cephalgia: Head pains can result from multiple causes, some due to inflammation of the blood vessels, some due to muscular tension, lesions in the brain substance and so on. It sounds as if you are getting a thorough progressive evaluation an would stick with the neurologist seeing you. It will eventually become apparent what is going on. Good luck.
