Side effects: If you're over a week out from the procedure, hopefully pain has subsided so that you won't need the vicodin or Ibuprofen much longer (if at all). Both these & Clindamycin can cause stomach upset. Vicodin can also slow your GI system down, resulting in constipation plus the symptoms you're having. Probiotics may help! please discuss these & any ongoing pain control issues with your doctor.

You Need probiotics: The clinda has disrupted the delicate balance of bacteria in your gut and this is causing your symptoms. A good probiotic containing bifidobacter and lactobacillus should help. I recommend 60 billion live units a day for a month.

Water/probiotics...: Clindamycin( and any antibiotic therapy) disrupts the bacterial ecosystem in the gut. This can be counterbalanced with probiotics taken at least 2hours away from the antibiotic dose. Two capsules twice daily, continue for at least two weeks after the last antibiotic dose; water needed=your body weight divided by2= # ounces per day;milk thistle-one tab twice daily for your liver(ibuprofen effect).

Go see the surgeon: Lots of things going on here. Vicodin may cause constipation. Go see your doc and sort it out.

Clindamycin: Most likely a side effect of the clindamycin - it can cause GI issues in some patients. Discontinue use and add yogurt with active yeast cultures to restore your normal gut biota.

See your PCP: for consultation. Intestinal gas, nausea and bloating can come from some surprising sources. Being stressed after wisdom tooth surgery can also cause bloating, nausea and gases.
