Yes: These medications do not interact. However, the fact that your lips are swollen is concerning and may mean you are allergic to the antibiotic. You need to call your dentist or your physician for an an evaluation and possible change of prescription.

Follow up: You should have your surgeon check the swelling. Depending on when the surgery was performed, puffiness can be expected, but it can a more serious infection. See your oral surgeon/ dentist asap.
