Wait 24 hours: Why take a multivitamin at all? They are mostly safe and not effective. If you have a specific vitamin deficiency, then take that one. Unless you have a very restricted diet or are pregnant, or fighting a chronic disease, you waste your money on multivitamins. Save your money and buy a gym membership. Exercise does have proven health benefits. Multivitamins, not so much.
