Better not to: The Fish Oil is ok to take, but it has recently been shown to NOT help people live any longer, although eating fish might still prolong life. So although it shouldn't interact with the metronidazole, there is no reason to take fish oil. A multivitamin for a young woman should contain iron, which could decrease the absorption of the Metronidazole, so best to not take together, or skip vitamin
