Maybe: Achilles tendonitis and plantar fascitiis....Really need to exam though to give an opinoin.

PT tendonitis: At your age most likely post tibial tendon syndrome. Pain, inflammation , weakness, tearing. If weak on one foot is a dysfunctional post tib. Achilles would require an injury, won't just wear out.
