Nasolaryngoscopy: Your doc can look inside with a small endoscope. Probably you are a candidate for nasal steroids and "ocean spray". You want to have it checked with your doc.

Post nasal drip hacking often. Mucus drips in throat overnight, wake up congested and dehydrated. Hacking when I woke up and feels like my throat down to lungs is irritated feels like i cant breathe?
