Cut my finger on glass 2 weeks ago at the joint. site of cut not really painful but its slightly raised, a bit pink and white in the middle with a dot. its not healing or getting worse.is it infected?

Probably not: It doesn't sound like it is infected without redness or swelling being present. The white dot in question may be some sort of retention cyst. If you can take a pic and send it to us, it would be more helpful. I recommend salt water soaks and hopefully with time the skin will flatten out nicely.

Possibly infected: You sustained the laceration two weeks ago and has not healed and you see pink and white in the middle, it all suggest it may be infected and only way we can be sure is by looking at your finger.See your doctor as you may need antibiotics if infection is confirmed.
