Cut finger on plastic 1 month ago. very tiny, no change in healing, red, slightly raised, little pain. slight brown under. should it heal? or see dr?

Healed: It should be healed by now. Have it checked. Sometimes a foreign body such as a tiny piece of plastic may do this. Be checked as it should be healed by now. All the best.

See MD: See the MD for this. I suspect you may have a splinter in there acting as a foreign body, preventing healing. Best to get it checked, especially after 1 month. Good Luck.

See your PCP: Any wound that does not heal after two weeks, needs attention. It can be a sign of underlying illness. See your PCP for consultation.
