No need for tetanus : If you have received your tetanus vaccine two years ago, you don't need to receive it again. Just make sure you clean the wound with soap and water and apply antibiotic ointment on it.

Do not need shot but: You do not need a booster shot but as you say it is red and raised.It may be a good idea to getit checked for possible infection
