"Cure" vs improve: Multivitamins alone do not "cure" anxiety, but multivitamins contain some components which may affect it. For instance, magnesium is a mineral with many attributes, and there's evidence that decreased levels can lead to anxiety. http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/21835188 many people are deficient in magnesium, and replacing it may help quell anxiety if you have it. Mag glycinate is a good form.
