How long does it take multivitamins to cure an iron deficiency?

Depend-take months: It depends on how low is your iron, how good your stomach absorbing the iron, whether you can tolerate the iron, whether you take the iron properly or not , how much do you take etc. The respond is individually basis. Your doctor should check you again in about 3 months and see if you respond well or not. If you can't tolerate or if you don't respond to oral iron, intravenous iron is an option.
