What you: Describe is uncommon. But all uncommon things happen in lung cancer, and patients living longer allow for the odder things to appear. Eye and bowel metastasis from lung are rare. Focus needs to be on symptom control, comfort and what she wants in her final days, when treatment has liabilities as well as long-shot benefits.

Not specific: More likely local trauma or tear duct issue or dry eye. If conjunctiva red may be conjunctivitis . Worth being seen for comfort.
